DI hat später versucht die für die Mega-CD version wieder einzubauen weil da ja endlos Platz war. Nur ist das nie über den gezeigten Prototype Status hinausgegangen.

Die Panzerlevel der ursprünglichen Amiga version wurden für die Mega Drive version entfernt weil das Spiel sonst zu grosse Cartidges benötigt hätte und zu teuer geworden wäre.

I use Windows 10 and the system is up to date; even if I download the levelpacks manually from the Levelbase and then put them in the "Bonus" directory, the problem persists.

The dates in the levelbase show the original release dates not patch dates but when you download the zip you get the updated one. Don't know what's going wrong with the Starter on your system though.
