T2002 plays great on a Athlon 2200+ with Geforce 3 (detonator 44.03) and Windows 2000 and DX9 but on another system (XP, Athlon 3000+, DX9, Geforce4 Ti4600 (Det. 43.45) ), runs @ 1fps!

what could be causing the slow down?
other games run okay (UT 2003)
